All American Community Health Center complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude people, or treat them differently on the basis of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency and primary language), age, disability, or sex (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics).

All American CHC provides the following free of charge:

  • Reasonable modifications and auxiliary aids and services to people with disabilities so they can communicate effectively with us, including qualified sign language interpreters and written information in alternate formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, and other formats).
  • Language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English or who have limited English proficiency, including qualified interpreters and written information in other languages.

How to File a Grievance With Us

If you believe that All American Community Health Center has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with our Section 1557 Coordinator. You may file a grievance in person, by mail, by phone, or by email. If you need help filing a grievance, our Section 1557 Coordinator is available to help you.
